Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.4 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and green goddess dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Jambalaya (previously frozen, 9.9 oz.). A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: Tiny ice cream cone (20 cal) with Halo Top cookies and cream (65 grams, 76 cal). Tasty and only 96 cal!
