What I ate: Friday, July 11, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch.
Made a batch of Chicken paprika #4. Started with 16.0 oz. of chicken pieces mixed breast and thigh, previously frozen.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).
Lunch: Curry chicken salad sandwich with 2.0 oz. chicken on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, celery, red onion, and Annie's green goddess dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Snack: Whole grain peanut butter crackers, 190 cal.
Dinner: Smokehouse sampler at Sloan's NY Grill in Oneonta, NY.
