What I ate: Monday, September 8, 2025

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prep for lunch and dinner.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Teriyaki salmon. With 6.3 oz. salmon. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.0 lbs.
