What I ate: Friday, October 10, 2025

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted a blueberry bagel for toasted bagel with a side of bacon tomorrow.

Defrosted ham for weekly breakfast prep omelette filling.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).

Prepped spinach for mackerel and spinach rice bowl, kimchi spinach rice bowl, falafel (small amount), and shrimp and onions with spinach.

Lunch: Curry chicken salad sandwich with 2.0 oz. chicken on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, celery, red onion, and Annie's green goddess dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Italian sausage, marinara, and penne pasta (1.6 oz). A slice of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.0 lbs.
