What I ate: Monday, December 1, 2025

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Dinner: Chicken paprika #4 (previously frozen, 5.6 oz), rice, and broccoli. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Defrosted pork carnitas for dinner tomorrow.

Snack: Around 1 oz. of potato chips from the bottom of the bag.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.8 lbs.
