Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.

Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (140 cal).

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.5 oz. homemade turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Rana sausage ravioli (270 cal). 4.5 oz. Bove's spicy marinara. A slice of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
