Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Snack: 4 crackers with Cabot pepper Jack cheese.

Dinner: 6 oz. sirloin, green beans, baked potato, bread, and a tall Fosters beer at Outback Steakhouse in Albany, NY.
