What I ate: Friday, April 17, 2026

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Prepped a package of Romaine lettuce.

Prepped, vacuum sealed, and refrigerated jars of spinach.

Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze a 0.735 lb. (11.8 oz.) package of smoked deli turkey into 5 packages of around 2.3 oz. each.

Divided, vacuum sealed, and froze a 0.520 lb. (8.3 oz.) package of roast beef into 4 packages of around 2.1 oz. each.

Separated out bread for the next week from a loaf of Heidelberg French peasant bread.

A lot of compost today.

Lunch: Curry chicken salad sandwich with 2.0 oz. chicken on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Side salad with lettuce mix, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and Annie's green goddess dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Turkey gobbler sandwich with 2.5 oz. turkey. Potato chips. Founder's All Day IPA.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.6 lbs.
