Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.4 oz. smoked turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Marry me chicken (5.0 oz). 1.8 oz. penne pasta. Spinach.
