What I ate: Sunday, July 5, 2026

Breakfast: Homemade waffle and 1 sausage link.

Froze the 3 remaining waffles for future breakfasts.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Spiced up a jar of kimchi with Mama O's super spicy kimchi paste.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Snack: A small omusbe (rice ball).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Lunch: Beer bratwurst. Potato chips. 2 Founders session IPA. I like this way, with onions, better than the Johnsonville cheddar jalapeƱo bratwurst.

Snack: 1.0 oz. pretzels with Chinese hot mustard.

Dinner: Grilled chicken Caesar garden salad. With 1.7 oz. grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, croutons, Parmesan cheese, anchovies, and Briana's Caesar dressing. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 125.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 126.0 lbs.
