Breakfast: A homemade blueberry muffin and 3 slices of Vermont Smoke and Cure bacon .
Lunch: Spicy vegetarian chili with skillet cornbread .
Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a raspberry iced tea.
Dinner: Miso marinated pork , broccoli and rice.
The pork was previously cooked, vacuum sealed and frozen. I reheated everything (separately) in the microwave. This batch didn't turn out as well because I used the Cuisinart electric griddle and it wasn't as hot as the sauté pan. The pan on the stove worked much better.
Dessert: 1 square of Lake Champlain dark chocolate raspberry truffle. And 2 glasses of Etc. Malbec.
Snack: 1.0 oz. peanuts.
Weight at beginning of the day: 111.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.0 lbs
