What I ate: May 8, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito . In a Maria and Ricardo's multi-grain organic tortilla (100 % whole grains).

Snack: 0.7 oz. organic peanuts with salt.

Lunch: Twice-cooked pork with scallions and rice. 3.0 oz. pork.

Dinner: Fried chicken fingers, boneless Buffalo "wings" and jalapeño poppers .

I had three fried chicken fingers and one popper left over. And Roscoe had one chicken finger. And my mouth was seriously on fire from those poppers. The Buffalo wings were nothing compared to those.

Dessert: 1 square of Lake Champlain dark chocolate raspberry truffle. And 2 glasses of Alamos malbec.

Snack: 0.7 oz. Madhouse Munchies sour cream and onion potato chips.

Weight at beginning of the day: 112.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.8 lbs.
