What I ate: November 28, 2011

Breakfast: Blueberry muffin , bacon . And a mimosa with some cava left over from yesterday's Christmas tree decorating.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Twice-cooked pork with scallions and broccoli .

Snack: 3 Kashi roasted garlic crackers with Cabot garlic and herb cheese. And a half glass of Rabbit Ridge chardonnay.

Dinner: Beer battered fish sticks and seasoned French fries. This is really just fish and chips , except I cut the fish into stick form first, which is more convenient for dipping into homemade tartar sauce. With the Saranac Adirondack lager left over after making the beer batter.

Dessert: 2 glasses of Sangre de viƱa malbec and 2 strips of Green & Black's hazelnut currant dark chocolate.

Weight at beginning of the day: 113.8 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 113.4 lbs.
