Chana Masala and Vegetable Pakora

The Chana Masala (chickpeas) can be made ahead and frozen. The vegetable pakora can be made ahead as well, though it is best freshly deep fried. If frozen, it works best to defrost it, then cook it in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes or so. The dipping sauce is a green chutney .
