Breakfast: Cantaloupe, bacon and cinnamon raisin toast with butter (made from homemade whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread ).
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Went for a walk around town, 2.48 miles in 41:16.
Lunch: Spicy vegetarian chili and jalapeƱo cornbread.
Snack: 0.7 oz. pretzels and a Saranac Adirondack lager.
Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry .
And 2 glasses of Alta Vista malbec.
