Lunch: Grilled Hebrew National hot dog with Dijon mustard and pickle relish on a whole wheat hot dog bun. With Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.
Walked 4.0 miles in 1:11.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and bacon and horseradish sour cream dip.
Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad.
