What I ate: November 7, 2012
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. And a glass of orange juice.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad . With Drew's Caesar dressing, 2.8 oz. chicken, a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese. And a homemade whole wheat and oat roll with butter.
Dinner: Mom's fried rice. Previously frozen and reheated boil-in-bag.
And 2 glasses of Cycles Gladiator pinot noir.
Weight at beginning of the day: 120.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.2 lbs.
