What I ate: January 8, 2013

Breakfast: Homemade Blueberry muffin and bacon, both previously frozen.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix . And a Spicy V-8.

Lunch: Salami Toscano English muffin sandwich and Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.

Dinner: 5.0 oz. roasted chicken , rice and gravy. With French-cut green beans (frozen).

And 2 glasses of Cupcake cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 121.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 122.4 lbs.
