Made a batch of garlic scape and arugula pesto (new recipe), mainly because I had garlic scapes and arugula that I needed to use up. But it is good!
Snack: 0.8 oz. pretzels and a Sea Dog wild blueberry beer.
Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese buffet in Oneonta, NY, with Mom and Dad.
