Lunch: Sautéed Swiss chard with pancetta .
Snack: 1.0 oz. cashews.
Dinner: Spaghetti with Italian sausage and garlic bread.
And 2 glasses of Bota Box Late Harvest Zinfandel.
Dessert: Strawberries and blueberries.
