What I ate: February 11, 2015

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Monday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .

Lunch: Beef with bean sprouts and scallion stir-fry . And rice.

Cleaned and diced a cantaloupe.

Grilled jalapeño and cheddar smoked pork sausages. Individually vacuum sealed and frozen.

Grilled steaks. It was a 1.43 lb. boneless rib-eye steak, thick cut. I divided it into 4 pieces from 3.6 to 5.9 oz. each, cooked weight, individually vacuum sealed and frozen. They're just seared and not fully cooked through, but they'll be finished in the sous vide to perfect doneness when I'm ready to have steak for dinner. The original steak was expensive at $ 12.86, but making 4 dinners it's not so bad.

Dinner: Grilled teriyaki London broil with rice and broccoli. And 2 glasses of Hardy's shiraz.

Dessert: Cantaloupe.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.6 lbs.
