What I ate: February 28, 2015
Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito .
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary . And, later, 0.8 oz. cashews.
Lunch: Cheese hot dog with Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips and a Red Hook Audible ale.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips, bacon and horseradish sour cream dip and a Woodchuck Granny Smith cider.
Dinner: Chili with beef (Mad River Glen recipe) with jalapeño cornbread and a Red Hook ESB.
Weight at beginning of the day: 126.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.4 lbs.
