What I ate: February 3, 2015

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette . With a homemade buttermilk biscuit (previously frozen).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .

Lunch: Homemade chicken soup with soba noodles and spinach . The soup was previously frozen; the noodles and spinach were added today.

Snack: 1.2 oz. cashews.

Dinner: Mom's shrimp tempura, previosly vacuum sealed and frozen. Reheated on a sheet pan in the oven, 10 minutes at 350°F. And a glass of Fernlands New Zealand sauvignon blanc. This is an older picture, I forgot to take a picture today.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 126.6 lbs.
