What I ate: January 14, 2017
Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito . And a mimosa.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary .
Lunch: Cheese and jalapeño hot dog on a whole wheat bun, and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a Saranac Adirondack lager.
Dinner: Chicken fried steak , mashed potatoes, and gravy. All previously frozen and first reheated from frozen in the sous vide at 134°F. Then the mashed potatoes reheated in a sauté pan with a little cream. Gravy reheated in a sauce pan, bringing back to a boil then simmering for a few minutes while stirring to get the correct texture back. Finally the chicken fried steak deep fried for 50 seconds to get it crispy again!
And 2 glasses of Bota Box malbec. And 2 small bowls of popcorn.
