What I ate: January 6, 2017
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated tortilla.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger with a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato and Drew's chipotle ranch dressing.
Snack: 2 small bowls of popcorn.
Dinner: Dad dropped by with a sausage McMuffin with egg, as he got the 2 for 1 deal and only wanted one. I wasn't planning on eating one, but it was still hot and it was only an hour away from when I was going to eat dinner so I had a change of plans.
And, later, some cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits, Cabot hunter's sharp cheddar, sopresetta, and a few almonds. And a half glass of 90+ New Zealand sauvignon blanc. And, later, 2 glasses of Bota Box malbec.
Weight at beginning of the day: 132.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.8 lbs.
