What I ate: November 21, 2021
Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And 2 glasses of Prosecco.
Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And half of a blueberry muffin and a coffee with Jameson.
Lunch: Leftover Tuscan steak. With strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
Snack: Mozzarella sticks. And, later, 1.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips.
Dinner: Grilled BBQ chicken with spring veg medley, mashed potatoes (Real Eats, 450 cal). And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.
And saved some for lunch tomorrow.
And 2.3 oz. Halo Top vanilla bean.
Weight at beginning of the day: 117.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 117.6 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
