What I ate: November 27, 2021
Breakfast: Corned beef hash, egg and toast. It's a from a can which is apparently 3 servings, so I vacuum seal and freeze the two (cooked) servings for future breakfasts. And two glasses of Prosecco.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.
And, later, a half of a blueberry muffin and a coffee with Jameson.
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine and a side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Briana's vinaigrette dressing.
Snack: 2.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota box shiraz. And, later, a soft pretzels and a Switchback Ale.
Dinner: Steak (5.0 oz.) and baked potato. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
And 2.3 oz. Halo Top mint chip.
Weight at beginning of the day: 117.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 118.8 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
