What I ate: January 10, 2022
Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 1.0 oz. peanuts. And a package of peanut butter crackers (180 cal).
Lunch: Leftover Greek chicken. With strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds. And, later, 1.0 oz. potato chips. And 6 gummy bears.
Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. With 1.6 oz. spaghetti, 4.5 oz. marinara, and 5 mini-meatballs. With 3 small slices of homemade garlic bread. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Weight at beginning of the day: 122.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.4 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
