What I ate: May 21, 2022

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, with 1.7 oz. smoked turkey, lettuce, and mayo on a slice of Heidelberg whole wheat bread, cut in half. With strawberries and blueberries.

Snack: 2.0 oz. doritos and a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Cheeseburger (5.3 oz), potato salad, and coleslaw. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.6 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 126.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
