What I ate: July 31, 2022

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Snack: 0.8 oz. Kettle chips jalapeño and a half glass of Fish Eye sauvignon blanc.

Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.2 oz chicken salad, strawberries and blueberries, macaroni salad, and a half glass of Fish Eye sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 3 jalapeño poppers (frozen, 220 cal) and a small Sauza Hornitos añejo tequila on the rocks.

Snack: 1 egg roll (frozen, 180 calk) and a half glass of Fish Eye sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: 1 slice of sausage and green pepper pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY, previously frozen. Reheated in the sous vide and then the oven. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.4 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
