What I ate: August 7, 2022

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts and the rest of the Bloody Mary. And a coffee with Jameson.

Three mimosas. With Cupcake Prosecco and splash of OJ.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 3.0 oz. ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg whole wheat bread, cut in half. With strawberries and blueberries, and a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers and a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry with rice. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.8 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
