What I ate: September 20, 2022
Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And a slice of Heidelberg wheat toast with butter.
Lunch: Roast beef on ciabatta roll. With 2.8 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño and a dill pickle.
Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds.
Dinner: Fried chicken strips (5.0 oz.), mashed potatoes (5.0 oz.), and gravy. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.
Weight at beginning of the day: 130.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.8 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
