What I ate: September 24, 2022
Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one egg, a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.
Snack: Greek yogurt and granola, 2.9 oz. Greek yogurt, 0.4 oz. granola snack, 137 cal. 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.
And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts, 136 cal and a small homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.
Grilled a package of Johnsonville beef bratwurst. Vacuum sealed and froze 5.
Lunch: Bratwurst and sauerkraut and a Leinenkugel's Oktoberfest Marzen.
Snack: Mozzarella sticks (3). And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Dinner: Montreal chicken (and a salad and a mozzarella stick) at Club 55 in Sidney, NY, with Jan, Steve, and Bun. And 2 glasses of pinot noir.
Weight at beginning of the day: 129.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.2 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
