What I ate: November 28, 2022
Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 1.0 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 3.0 oz. homemade turkey breast, chipotle mayo, lettuce, on sourdough bread. With a dill pickle and few Kettle Chips jalapeƱo.
Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.
Dinner: Peppercorn steak tips from Kevin's Naturals, leftover from yesterday, with rice. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauivignon.
Weight at beginning of the day: 132.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.4 lbs.
