What I ate: January 20, 2023

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 3.0 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. With a few Lays kettle cooked mesquite barbecue potato chips and a dill pickle spear.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds. And 0.7 oz. barbecue potato chips and a half glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Kevin's naturals Korean BBQ beef and rice. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

A chocolate chunk cookie (260 cal) and a White Russian.

Weight at beginning of the day: 130.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.2 lbs.
