What I ate: March 25, 2023
Breakfast: Egg, bagel, and bacon. With one egg, half of a blueberry bagel, toasted with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.
Cooked and froze 2 pounds of bacon. And ate one piece of bacon.
Made a roasted chicken, 5 lbs. before cooking, and made:
- 4x 4.4 oz. roasted chicken sliced for dinner
- 4x 5 oz. gravy
- 1x 2.4 oz. diced for stir-fry
- Vacuum sealed and froze the wings raw for future Buffalo wings.
Vacuum sealed and froze all except one serving for dinner tomorrow night, which I refrigerated.
Made a batch of Japanese-style beef curry (updated recipe).
Lunch: Chicken salad croissant with 2.5 oz. chicken salad on half a croissant, a few Kettle Chips habanero lime, and a dill pickle.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip.
Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry, rice, and a glass of Bota Box cabernet savuignon.
Weight at beginning of the day: 133.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.4 lbs.
