What I ate: March 29, 2023

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And 0.8 oz. cashews.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 2.4 oz. deli ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño and a dill pickle.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.

Dinner: Crushed hamburger (4.0 oz. before cooking) with spinach. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

And 2 Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, 87 cal.

Weight at beginning of the day: 132.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.8 lbs.
