What I ate: May 20, 2023

Breakfast: Egg, toast, and bacon. With one egg, a piece of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 3.0 oz. homemade roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips and a dill pickle spear.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and dip and a White Claw black cherry. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. With 1.6 oz. spaghetti, 4.5 oz. Bove's marinara, and 5 mini meatballs, garlic ciabatta bread, and a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.0 lbs.
