What I ate: May 27, 2023

Breakfast: Egg, toast, and bacon. With one egg, a piece of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter, and 2 slices of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Pastrami Reuben sandwich with 2.7 oz. deli pastrami and a few potato chips. And a Guinness. And some more chips.

Snack: 4 crackers with Cabot seriously sharp Vermont cheddar. And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Brooks barbecued chicken (wing and thigh, previously frozen), 2.6 oz. French fries. And a glass of Bota Box pinot noir.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.2 lbs.
