What I ate: September 11, 2023

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And 0.8 oz. cashews.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.7 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg wheat bread. With Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds. And 0.5 oz. Skinny Pop white cheddar.

Dinner: Chicken paprika. And a glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 135.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.8 lbs.
