What I ate: September 18, 2023

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. Amd 0.8 oz. cashews.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich. With 2.7 oz. deli ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg whole wheat bread, cut in half. With a few potato chips and a dill pickle.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.

Dinner: Cheeseburger (5.3 oz) with 2.7 oz. tater tots and a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon. Topped with lettuce, onions, dill pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. It's national cheeseburger day, apparently.

Weight at beginning of the day: 135.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.2 lbs.
