What I ate: September 23, 2023

Breakfast: Egg, toast, and bacon. With one egg, a piece of Heidelberg raisin sunflower toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And 0.8 oz. cashews.

Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger with Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips and a Switchback Ale.

Snack: 2.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip.

Dinner: Turkey dinner with turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, and gravy. And a glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.4 lbs.
