What I ate: December 2, 2023
Breakfast: Egg, toast, and bacon. With one egg, a piece of Heidelberg cracked wheat toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.
Snack: 2 Wildgrain apple pie bites (baked yesterday) and a coffee with Jameson. 15 seconds in the microwave from refrigerated worked perfectly. I tried to have one, but ended up making the other before I was done with the coffee.
Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal) and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary. 2 Danish butter cookies. 0.7 oz. Habanero potato chips.
Lunch: Chicken kimchi soup. With 12 oz. chicken stock, roasted chicken, kimchi, and spinach. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: 8 crackers with beer cheese. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Dinner: Steak, baked potato and a side salad with balsamic dressing. And a glass of Bota Box pinot noir.
