What I ate: February 6, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And slice of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). Kind honey oat breakfast bars (210 cal).

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.5 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Roasted chicken, rice, and gravy. Green beans (frozen). A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 135.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.8 lbs.
