Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.6 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Turkey and cabbage stir-fry with 2.8 oz. turkey, rice, and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.
