What I ate: March 24, 2024

Breakfast: Homemade waffles and sausage.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Divided a package of mashed potatoes from the grocery store deli. Vacuum sealed and froze 4 servings and kept one for dinner tonight.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. Homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

Snack: Kind blueberry almmond breakfast bar (210 cal) and a coffee with Jameson.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Lunch: Pork with bean sprouts and scallion stir-fry.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal. And a White Claw black cherry (100 cal).

Dinner: 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY. It was vacuum sealed and frozen so I reheated it from frozen in the sous vide at 160°F, then transferred it to a cast iron griddle pan to crisp the crust. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.2 lbs.
