What I ate: March 27, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Zucchini and bacon stir-fry and rice.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Beef Bourguignon (previously frozen) and mashed potatoes (4.0 oz).

Snack: 2.0 oz. Kettle Chips hot jalapeño.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.2 lbs.
