Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Lunch: Tofu, rice, and carrot salad.

Dinner: Salmon, broccoli, and rice. 4.5 oz. wild caught Alaska sockeye salmon. And a half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 2.0 Wavy Lays potato chips.
