What I ate: May 10, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla. I forgot to take a picture of it, but it looked like this.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 1.0 oz. peanuts (170 cal).

Processed a 40 pound package of chicken quarters. This is so much chicken!

Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2 (new recipe). This was good!

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Pre-dinner: Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing. A half glass of Bota Box malbec.

Dinner: 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY. It was vacuum sealed and frozen so I reheated it from frozen in the sous vide at 160°F, then transferred it to a cast iron griddle pan to crisp the crust. A half glass of Bota Box malbec.

Snack: 1.3 oz. Cape Cod potato chips from the bottom of the bag.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.6 lbs.
