What I ate: May 12, 2024

Breakfast: Homemade waffles (previously frozen) and 2 sausage links.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Grilled two NY strip steaks.

Grilled spiedie marinated chicken leg and thigh. It's already cooked through from the sous vide, so this is just for flavor.

And the jerk chicken leg and thigh (bone-in, skin-on). This is also already cooked through in the sous vide.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Snack: Wildgrain orange cranberry biscuit (230 cal) with butter. Coffee with Jameson.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.7 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Wildgrain sourdough bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: 4 Triscuits with Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Flamin' hot cheetos (160 cal).

Dinner: Wildgrain cheese tortellini (175 cal) with 4.5 oz. marinara. Two pieces of Wildgrain ciabatta bread with olive oil. A glass of Bota Box malbec.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.4 lbs.
